WorkWell inspires and equips mission-driven business owners to bring about meaningful change for their employees and their communities.
Our Vision
We are building a movement and the accompanying resources to support the work of employment-centered community building. We envision a city where every job is a good job and the business community is actively supporting the health and wholeness of the community.
WorkWell believes that fundamentally shifting the foundation of what it means to “have a job” in our society is the single most important way to positively impact human poverty and a plethora of other social challenges. With a specific emphasis on frontline, low-wage and transitioning workers, we inspire and equip employers to grow their care and total compensation efforts.
WorkWell is specifically focused on the positive impacts that business operations can have on the humans who perform the work. We believe that investing in our shared language and understanding of this work; the owners and leaders who operate companies every day; and the sector that directly provides supports to employees, we can create a seismic shift in the day-to-day wellbeing of employees and their communities.
We focus our efforts on employee care (sustainable compensation (including strategic benefits) and healthy culture with a strong sense of belonging) as well as community impact (how a company gives, serves, and hires).
When companies operate in healthy and sustainable ways, our world becomes more whole. Owners, employees, customers and communities thrive when people are prioritized alongside profit.
